Production began in in September of 2017 with a few false starts and a different narrator. After the new year, Michael expressed interest and Lydia was seeking new talent so the project got underway in April 2018. Mr. Hope had experience with the platform and voice acting though this is Lydia’s first foray into the audiobook medium. Pray Lied Eve 2 will follow shortly after this release.
Meet D. Michael Hope – Narrator
After 29 years of software development, project management, and countless live technical and training presentations, D. Michael Hope began his professional voice acting career. As a lifelong Stephen King fan, Mr. Hope truly enjoys breathing life into horror stories. In addition to audiobooks, Mr. Hope also has also recorded commercials, video games trailers, and e-learning materials.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Hope is an avid (yet poor – in his words) tennis player and enjoys living in North Carolina with his wife and daughter.
